Butterfly Bearista Happiness Cross-Stitch Pattern

ButterflyBearCrossStitch-01

ButterflyBearCrossStitch-02

I posted this over at supercutestuff.org too, but I thought I’d share it with my Bearista friends as well. Recently I’ve picked up making cross-stitch patterns. I’ve done some Pusheen ones, but I thought I’d try out making a Bearista one too. This Bearista always makes me feel happiness, so that’s why I chose to put “Happiness Lives Here” with this particular bear. Feel free to download and use this cross-stitch pattern if you like. I can’t guarantee anything, because I haven’t actually made it with fabric and thread yet. LOL. If you do make this, please feel free to share with me and if you have any suggestions for improvement let me know! I’m including the pattern with No Grid, 30% Opacity Grid, and 80% Opacity Grid in both .png and .pdf formats. Just click on the pics to open in a new window and then right click (or control-click) to download. Click on the links for the PDFs to download those if you like as well. Happy cross-stitching!

Christmas 2011 Bears and Friends!

Wanted to share my Christmas bear tree and a few new (and old) Starbucks bears. The bear with the fur hat and the puppy with the green scarf are new for the 2011 holiday season at Starbucks. All of the other bears pictured here are from past seasons. Hopefully someday I’ll get around to posting them all properly. Until then, here they are! 🙂 Happy Holidays! Click images to enlarge. 🙂

Gingerbread Boy & Girl Plus Magnets! (2008)

Here I have the whole Gingerbread Bearista family! There is the boy Gingerbear (78th edition of the Bearista series) and the girl Gingerbear (79th edition of the Bearista series) and they are together with the small magnet boy and girl bearistas. The boys have red buttons and green ties with the gingerbread suit and the girls have orange ribbons with green buttons and the girl gingerbread suits. As you probably know, gingerbread is a traditional holiday treat and these bears are certainly a treat as well! I am fairly certain that the Gingerbread series only came out in Asia. I got my bears from eBay. I am not 100% certain about that though. At any rate, they are charming and beautiful! Click the photos to enlarge. 🙂

Bearista Fireplace Decorations

We have this thing on our fireplace that I got from Pottery Barn. So many people have this wall accessory that it is kind of embarrassing, but I still like it anyway. It is fun to change up the decorations for it during the different seasons. So, I decided my winter/holiday Bearista magnets would make perfect decorations for this! I put some red yarn in the bottom of the glasses with the bears. In the other glasses I put tissue Christmas paper, little balls of yarn and some gold ornament balls that we had. Then I made some little poofy yarn things to add to a few of the holders. I wanted to keep it kind of random. It looks pretty cute in person. It might be kind of hard to tell how cute it is from the photos. I am including one close up, so you can see the detail better. Click the photos to enlarge. 🙂
